Overview
Physical Therapy Assistant – LTAC Travel
Hampton, NH, United States
Start date: 08/24/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $1,453–$1,559 per week with guaranteed hours. Shift: 5x8 Days (08:00–16:30). Setting: LTC – Assisted Living Facility. This is a travel, temporary assignment.

Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services per the patient plan of care under supervisory guidelines.
- Implement therapeutic exercises, gait training, ROM and functional mobility activities; apply manual techniques as appropriate.
- Monitor patient progress, document outcomes, and communicate updates to the interdisciplinary team.
- Ensure patient and staff safety, maintain infection control standards, and manage equipment as needed.
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and self-management strategies.
- Collaborate with therapists and other care professionals to optimize care planning and discharge planning.

Requirements
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in New Hampshire or eligible for licensure.
- Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
- CPR/BLS certification required or ability to obtain prior to start.
- Experience in long-term care, LTAC, or skilled nursing settings preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a LTC/assisted living environment; strong communication and documentation skills.
