This position reports to the Equipment Manager and works closely with Operations Dispatch. Responsibilities include: Staging trucks and equipment for crew needs Setting up paving crews with needed supplies Assisting with Parts Department pickups and deliveries Keeping Fuel Island clean and performing daily and monthly inspections Checking vehicles for proper safety equipment (ex: fire extinguishers & triangles) Assisting with State Inspection Stickers Maintaining inventory supplies for paving crews Cleaning and prepping vehicles and equipment Assisting with shop cleaning Maintaining safety practices, which parallel or exceed MSHA and OSHA regulations Maintaining Brox Industries safety goal of ZERO ACCIDENTSRequirements Must have excellent interpersonal skills Must have some computer skills Must maintain a valid driver's license Benefits Competitive wages; Overtime after 8 hours daily; Paid time off for vacation and holidays; Sick time accrual; health/dental/short term disability and life insurance; health insurance reimbursement and health savings accounts; 401k retirement plan with company match.Brox Industries is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race or ethnicity, religion, sex, national origin, age, veteran disability or genetic information or any other reason prohibited by law in employment.
