Bilingual Legal Assistant

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Bilingual Legal Assistant to become a part of our medium sized law firm in downtown Los Angeles. You will provide overall support to workers compensation clients.
Responsibilities:
Ensure clients are treating and receiving benefits
File various pleadings with the WCAB
Meet and speak with clients regarding case progression daily
Review reports and and follow-up on pending issues
Qualifications:
****College Graduate a plus
Preferred familiarity with workers compensation or ability to learn quickly
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Fluent in English and Spanish
