Our team, located in Tewksbury, MA & Woburn, MA, integrates hardware and software, develops test plans and procedures, debugs and evaluates system functions and interfaces, and verifies system requirements in support of final sell-off to the customer. We put our systems together, exercise them in the lab or in the field, measure and analyze performance, and make sure our products work the first time and every time. Every day is a different set of challenges to overcome. You'll be expected to collaborate across disciplines and partner to implement solutions. In this role, you'll get to know a little bit about every aspect of the system and have a direct hand in making it all work together supporting teams of engineers engaged in integration and test efforts. You will support elements of program development, engineering testing, integration, flight-testing, production, system deployment, and/or post deployment support across the product lifecycle.This position is an onsite role near Tewksbury, MA. Test event support activity may require travel which is not expected to exceed 20%.Support engineering activities related to testing and troubleshooting of hardware and softwareFunctional analysis of real world and test data; trade studies to bring advanced features to fielded systemSupport troubleshooting and failure data analyses, including root cause and corrective action processes and advanced use of lab or field test equipmentSystem integration and test support, possibly including live fire test eventsSupport activity may require travelComplete and compile detailed performance evaluations, including the use of analysis tools, such as MATLABSupport qualification of our productsSustainment/Depot returns and repairMaintain engineering specifications (DS, ARD, etc.) & drawing (Schematics & Assembly Drawings)Prepare and present results in reports and briefings to internal or external stakeholdersMaintain engineering databasesParticipate in periodic team meetings, interface teleconference meetings, working group meetingsQualifications You Must HaveMaster’s degree in or related Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) major obtained by start date.Experience with troubleshooting technical issues in an academic or internship setting, including the use of common commercial test equipment (oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, etc.)Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projectsQualifications We Prefer Strong undergraduate level understanding of electrical, mechanical and/or software system integration, familiarity with C/C++/C# preferredExperience with or exposure to various military platforms such as ships, ground combat systems, fixed and rotary wing aircraftExperience with tools, such as MATLAB or Python scripting, for instrumentation and collection of large data sets, data analysis and automationExperience with electrical schematics, interface control documentation, and communications protocolsWhat We OfferOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
