Pay Rate: $35.00/hr. – $40.00/hr. We’re looking for a Commercial Contracts & Rebates Analyst to support contract evaluation, fee/rebate payments, financial analysis, and issue resolution.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Review commercial contracts to ensure accurate and timely fee/rebate payments. Analyze and resolve disputed fees, rebates, and contract eligibility issues. Partner with Sales, Finance, Accounts Payable, Business Units, and Commercial teams. Develop variance reporting to identify sales fluctuations and payment discrepancies. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to business partners.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education : BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. 1+ year of experience in commercial contracting, rebates, incentives, or related financial activities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with solid business acumen. Understanding of commercial contract development and management. Advanced Excel and data analysis skills. Experience with Power BI, QlikView, SAP BI/BW, Access, Oracle, or similar data/reporting tools . Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex information clearly.
