Loader Operator

Copart, Inc. is a global online vehicle auction platform with over 200 facilities across the world, linking vehicle sellers to more than 750,000 buyers in over 190 countries. The Loader Operator will be responsible for moving and loading vehicles using company‑provided front‑end loader or forklift, maintaining documentation of vehicle movement, and performing daily pre‑ and post‑trip inspections of their assigned machinery. Responsibilities Move and load vehicles with front‑end loader or forklift. Maintain documentation of vehicle movement around the facility. Perform daily pre‑ and post‑trip inspections and document the assigned machine. Ensure a safe work environment by following company safety guidelines. Operate company equipment safely and assist with its maintenance. Record vehicle information accurately and legibly. Operate digital camera or other vehicle documentation and tracking devices. Set up the yard for auctions within company timelines. Provide service to customers as needed. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor. Follow yard guidelines to maintain a safe working environment, including speed limits. Load and unload vehicles as required. Pass training and safety requirements. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED (preferred). At least two years of work experience, preferably outdoors. One year of loader or forklift experience (certification preferred). Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal. Positive attitude and high integrity. Ability to operate heavy equipment. Capacity to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment. Strong attention to detail. Occasional overtime as needed. Bilingual skills a plus. Pay $23.40 - $26.31 per hour.
