Primary Responsibilities

• End-to-end event planning, production, and execution support
• Event logistics coordination
• Vendor and venue coordination (generally on-campus venues)
• Staffing and onsite event management
• Project management for assigned events
• Internal stakeholder consultation and customer service
• Cross-functional coordination with campus partners

 

Required Qualifications

• Event planning, production, hospitality, conference services, higher education events, or related experience
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Availability for evenings and weekends

 

Preferred Qualifications

• EMS (Event Management System) administration experience strongly preferred
• Higher education event management experience preferred
• Experience with campus scheduling and reservation systems preferred
