Job Summary
Under supervision assist in planning and supervising the activities of school aged children enrolled in an extended day child care program; perform related work as required.
Requirements / Qualifications
Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school; training in early childhood education is desirable; and experience and/or training in pre-school or early child care must also meet ONE of the following requirements:(a)Two years of college (48 units) or(b) A.A. Degree (or higher) or(c) Passage of the CBEST exam or(d)Pass a local assessment of knowledge and skills in assisting in instruction.
Please attach transcripts degree or tests scores to meet the above requirement. If you need to take the paraprofessional test please email to sign up to schedule an appointment to take the test. The following document must also be attached to your application:
