Sr Program Manager - Software Solutions & Business Process

Sr Program Manager leading global supply chain and manufacturing transformation for GE HealthCare's software, digital, and hybrid healthcare solutions. The role connects product strategy, new product introduction, and operational execution across planning, manufacturing, fulfillment, billing, and service functions in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic cross-functional programs across Supply Chain, manufacturing, and digital fulfillment with scope and risk management
Own end-to-end value-stream design from NPI through demand planning, manufacturing readiness, order management, and lifecycle support
Define Supply Chain model connecting physical product flows with digital entitlements, subscriptions, and customer delivery
Drive initiatives for digital core capabilities, software subscriptions, hybrid market orders, and digital inventory transformation
Establish governance structures, integrated roadmaps, and performance metrics measuring forecast accuracy, delivery, quality, and revenue readiness

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field
8+ years progressive experience in program management, supply chain, manufacturing, or operations
Demonstrated ability leading complex cross-functional programs from definition through implementation
Experience improving end-to-end operational processes such as NPI, planning, or fulfillment
Proficiency establishing program governance, managing roadmaps, and measuring operational performance
Strong stakeholder influence and communication skills across senior leadership and functions
Ability translating business needs into process requirements and partnering with technology teams
