Sr HR Business Partner - Patient Care Solutions

GE HealthCare seeks a senior HR business partner to serve as strategic advisor to Patient Care Solutions leadership. The role focuses on translating people strategy into workforce solutions that drive organizational effectiveness and business performance across a global, matrixed environment.
Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with executives and provide coaching on business decisions impacting people and culture
- Design and evolve organizational structures and role definitions aligned to strategy
- Lead talent processes including succession planning, assessment, and development strategies
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy implementation and outcomes
- Partner with centers of excellence to apply HR processes and resources effectively
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with strategic business partnering focus
- Global experience across multiple business units in mid to large matrixed organizations
- Background supporting technology organizations and colleagues
- Demonstrated talent for coaching, assessing leadership, and engaging senior business leaders
- Strong written and oral communication with project management skills
