Description

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings, crafting personalized treatment plans that cater to individual needs

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Preferred CPR certification

• Prior experience in physical therapy is strongly preferred
