Full-time | W2 | $150,000–$300,000+ Annually

Roof It Forward is hiring a Lead Sales Representative to help grow the Cincinnati market.

This is a field-based roofing sales role for someone who can lead from the front!

As the market grows, this person will also help build, train, and support a high-performing sales team.

What You’ll Do

Generate new business through door knocking, canvassing, referrals, and self-generated leads
Meet with homeowners and guide them through the roofing/restoration process
Inspect properties, including climbing ladders and accessing roofs as needed
Manage jobs from first contact through completion
Use Salesforce to track leads, activity, customer communication, and performance
Identify target areas and help coordinate daily canvassing plans
Recruit, train, coach, and support future reps as the market grows
Work closely with leadership, production, and operations teams

What We’re Looking For

Door knocking or canvassing experience
Outside sales experience, preferably in roofing, restoration, construction, home services, or insurance restoration
Ability to manage jobs from start to finish
Strong communication, follow-up, and closing skills
Leadership mindset with the ability to lead by example
Comfortable using CRM systems and sales technology
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Comfortable climbing ladders and working around roofing job sites
Professional, ethical, and customer-first approach
