Registered Nurse (RN)
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Role Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care according to established protocols and standards.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting observations and interventions effectively.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and treatment plans.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with regulations.
Qualifications
- Current state nursing license or a compact nursing license is required.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply; however, a reduced bill rate may apply.
- Compliance with a 90% productivity requirement is expected, with a potential adjustment in compensation for non-compliance.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
