Form CarpenterWe are seeking multiple skilled and detail-oriented form carpenters with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in State College, PA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for constructing and assembling concrete form systems, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring precision and quality in all tasks. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and adherence to safety protocols on construction sites.ResponsibilitiesConstruct and assemble form systems with precision and efficiency.Ensure safety and quality control for assigned tasks.Work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to health and safety standards.Read and interpret blueprints to execute formwork designs accurately.Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 60 pounds and working in various weather conditions.Essential SkillsExperience within the construction industry for at least 1 year.Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation.Must have their own tools.Good math skills.Ability to read blueprints and work in diverse weather conditions.Additional Skills & Qualifications1-3 years of form carpentry experience (preferred).Strong communication skills and attention to detail.Safety-first mindset and adherence to protective equipment guidelines.Reliable transportation and proper protective clothing such as steel-toe boots.Why Work Here?Enjoy the benefits of a 6-month contract to hire position with medical, dental, and vision insurance. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
