Debt Finance Attorney: 1st-3rd year

Candidates must have 1 to 5 years of experience representing lenders, borrowers and/or private equity sponsors in debt financing transactions. Key Responsibilities & Qualifications Working knowledge of secured lending transactions. Experience in closing debt financing transactions. Familiarity with drafting documents and issue lists related to debt financing. Knowledge of Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code, acquisition financing (including commitment letters), debt securities offerings (including high yield and/or convertible notes), and general corporate law. JD or equivalent law degree with high academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school. Training and development experience at a large law firm. Ability to work on multiple diverse projects simultaneously. Strong attention to detail reflected in produced work. EOE. The expected annual pay range for this position is $225,000-$365,000. Final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience and skillset of the candidate.
