Finance Attorney

Cash Flow Finance Attorney (Associate, Counsel or Principal) I'm partnering with a highly regarded Am Law firm that is continuing to expand its nationally recognized Finance practice and is seeking an experienced Cash Flow Finance Attorney to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with premier financial institutions, private credit funds, business development companies, and other institutional lenders on sophisticated financing transactions across a broad range of industries. The Opportunity You'll advise lender-side clients on complex debt finance matters, including: Cash flow and acquisition financings Senior secured and mezzanine lending transactions Junior capital investments Private credit and leveraged finance matters Sports finance and other specialized financing transactions (experience in this area is a plus, but not required) Attorneys will take an active role in structuring, negotiating, documenting, and closing transactions while working directly with sophisticated clients and experienced partners in a collaborative, high-performing practice. Ideal Background Significant experience in cash flow-based lending and acquisition finance Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills Ability to independently manage sophisticated transactions Interest in working within a collaborative, client-focused team Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance legal research, drafting, and workflow is valued Why Consider This Opportunity?
