Consumer Financial Services Litigation Attorney

Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, a leading national law firm, is seeking a Massachusetts-licensed litigation attorney with 2-4 years of experience to join its Boston, MA office.This position offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative, dynamic team, defending national consumer financial services clients across a broad range of complex litigation matters in state and federal courts. You will be entrusted with a diverse and challenging caseload, taking on significant responsibilities from the start.Position Requirements:Must be admitted to the Massachusetts Bar and in good standing. An additional admission to the Rhode Island, New Hampshire or Connecticut Bar is strongly preferred.Available for some in-person workdays at the Boston, MA office to foster collaboration and team engagement.Ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of civil litigation experience in both state and federal courts and experience in mortgage litigation defense matters.
