Real Estate Associate Attorney

Real Estate Credit / Structured Finance Associate
Works with real estate credit funds, public mortgage REITs, and other investors on structured finance matters. Drafts, reviews, and negotiates agreements including master repurchase agreements and loan-on-loan credit agreements. Maintains client contact and stays current on industry trends.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3–5 years experience in real estate credit/structured finance
- J.D. degree, Massachusetts Bar admission
- Expertise in structured finance documentation and real estate credit
Items needed to apply: Cover letter, resume, law school transcript. Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) required.
