Our organization is seeking to add three radiologists to enhance our growing Emergency/Overnight Radiology service.
You will become part of a team that is expanding from 9 to 12 full-time equivalents (FTEs). Our facilities feature advanced residency and fellowship programs, along with cutting-edge radiography, ultrasound, and CT technology. Ideal candidates will possess a solid foundation in general radiology, particularly in neuroradiology and body imaging.

Responsibilities

• Work schedule averages one week on followed by two weeks off, offering exceptional flexibility to arrange remote shifts that suit your preferences. Shifts are capped at 8 hours!
• Evening shifts will be shared among six hospitals within our health system, with four attending radiologists on duty each night.
• Our sites are staffed with outstanding residents who handle the majority of preliminary studies.
• Responsibilities include interpreting CT, X-ray, and ultrasound images. There is no involvement with Level 1 trauma, mammography, nuclear medicine, or procedures. You may occasionally review MRIs for urgent findings, but these do not require your signature.
• All locations utilize a unified PACS system, supported by excellent IT resources.

Qualifications

• Medical Degree from an accredited institution.
• Active New York State Medical License and DEA registration.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiology.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• A dedicated work ethic and a commitment to being part of a team-oriented, performance-focused department.

Compensation ranges from $460,000 to $510,000 (excluding bonuses, incentive pay, or benefits).

Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, including experience, specialties, historical productivity, collections, and community needs. Therefore, actual compensation may be closer to either end of the range and, in some cases, may fall outside the specified range. The listed salary range pertains to full-time positions and does not encompass bonuses or benefits.
