*Nurse Practitioner - MC

Job Title: Nurse Practitioner - MC Address: Bluffton, SC Provide primary and family evidenced-based care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for patients. Perform administrative duties including opening/closing the clinic, inventory management, and patient follow-up. Handle patient appointments and perform routine examinations to ensure positive health outcomes. Encourage patients to participate in their own health care through services such as health screenings and chronic condition management. Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to maintain a comprehensive plan of care. Work in collaboration with a dedicated clinical care team to drive better outcomes for patients. Critical Information Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM; orientation is 4 weeks at 40 hours per week. This is an in-person, patient-facing role. DEA registration may be required during onboarding. Requires working three out of every six weekends with possible holiday rotations. Education/Licenses Needed Master's Degree from a Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification. State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role. Minimum of 1 year of recent primary care experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
