Key Responsibilities Business Support & Coordination Receive, review, and process internal requests with accuracy and professionalism. Coordinate activities across multiple teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects. Track requests and follow up on outstanding items to ensure deadlines are met. Serve as a trusted point of contact for internal stakeholders. Communication & Relationship Management Build effective relationships across departments and business groups. Communicate clearly and professionally with employees at all levels of the organization. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service. Assist with onboarding, training, and employee support initiatives as needed. Analysis & Reporting Maintain accurate records and documentation. Compile, analyze, and summarize information for management review. Prepare reports, presentations, and operational updates. Identify trends, solve problems, and recommend process improvements. Operational Excellence Ensure a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work. Prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Support special projects and departmental initiatives. Continuously seek opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. Recent college graduates are strongly encouraged to apply. Internship, campus leadership, customer service, administrative, project coordination, or analytical experience is preferred.
