The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning.Responsibilities:Provide input during development and implementation phases, including formulation and definition of systems scope, objectives and necessary system enhancements for complex, high-impact projectsIdentify and communicate risks and impacts and propose risk mitigation options, considering business implications of the application of technology to the current business environmentConsult with business clients to determine system functional specifications and partner with multiple management teams and other units to meet organizational objectivesEvaluate new IT developments and evolving business requirements and recommend appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems by analyzing business processes, systems and industry standardsProvide in-depth and sophisticated analyses with interpretive thinking to define problems, develop innovative solutions and influence strategic functional decisionsSupervise day-to-day staff management issues, including resource management, work allocation, mentoring/coaching and other duties and functions as assignedAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Recommended Qualifications: 6+ years of Business Analysis experience within the Credit Cards, Banking, or Financial Services industry.Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, process mapping, data analysis, and solution design.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint), with significant experience using Excel for complex data analysis and reporting.Hands-on experience supporting projects through all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).In-depth knowledge of business analysis frameworks, methodologies, and documentation standards.Experience working with AI-powered tools and solutions is considered an asset.Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.Education:Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experienceMaster's degree preferredThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
