Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Van Driver

Job Summary

At Richland Nursing and Rehab, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Van Driver to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. As a valued member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for safely transporting patients to and from medical appointments, ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience for our residents. Responsibilities

  • Safely transport patients to and from medical appointments, adhering to established routes and schedules

  • Ensure patients' comfort and safety during transportation, providing assistance as needed

  • Maintain accurate records of patient transportation, including mileage and dates of service

  • Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure seamless transitions for patients

  • Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain CNAs and van driver certifications

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

  • Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clear driving record

  • Ability to lift and transfer patients with mobility impairments

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work varied schedules, including evenings and weekends

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
