At Richland Nursing and Rehab Center , we pride ourselves on the exceptional care we provide for both our residents AND our staff. We're currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Van Driver who is also a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport residents to and from medical appointments, social outings, and other necessary trips.

• Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers

• Maintain the vehicle in good condition

• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.

• Keep accurate records of travel times, mileage, and vehicle maintenance.

• Observe and report any changes in patient behavior or health.

• Provide compassionate support to patients and their families.

Requirements:

• Valid State Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.

• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
