Mechanical Estimator - Preconstruction & Value Engineering

Bartlett Cocke General Contractors is seeking a Mechanical Estimator to join our team in Houston, Texas. The role involves providing preconstruction estimating for complex mechanical systems, including HVAC and plumbing. Candidates should have a collaborative approach and good communication skills. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of mechanical estimating experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. Proficiency with estimating software and BIM tools is preferred.
