We're seeking a Farmers Insurance Customer Service Rep to provide outstanding service while supporting new business growth and strengthening existing client relationships. You will assist customers with policy servicing, coverage reviews, billing questions, renewals, and claims guidance while identifying opportunities to recommend additional insurance solutions. This role combines customer service and sales, offering licensing assistance, ongoing training, and career growth in a collaborative environment.

$50,000 annual base salary with first-year earnings around $65,000 with commissions and bonuses

Quote and sell insurance products
Assist with policy servicing
Follow up on leads and referrals
Cross-sell additional coverages
Maintain accurate customer records

Requirements

California Property and Casualty license is a bonus
Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
One year of insurance sales or service experience
CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
Strong communication and customer service skills
