Project Manager

HVAC Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the project management process, as well as experience in the HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing fields.

Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans and timelines
• Manage budgets and resources
• Coordinate with stakeholders and team members
• Resolve project issues and conflicts
• Track project progress and deliverables
• Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Travel is required
  • Projects are throughout the 5 boroughs: Long Island and/or Westchester County
  • Travel allowance provided

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in project management
• Commercial HVAC and Mechanical experience REQUIRED
• Proficiency in HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Experience with multimillion-dollar projects
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Highly motivated
• Must be authorized to work in the USA
• Must have OSHA 30 (minimum)
• Must have NYC SST 62 (or the ability to obtain certification prior to start date)
