Customer Service Representative

Our client, the automotive industry, is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting luxury automotive clients and their customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a customer-focused attitude which will align successfully in the organization. French & English languages required for this role. Job Title: Customer Service Representative Pay Range: $18.20 - $19.00 Shift: Varies, 8 hours. Shift differentials available from 6:00pm-6:00am and 6:00am to 6:00pm What's the Job? Serve as a primary point of contact for customers requiring assistance related to luxury vehicle programs and services. Handle urgent and time-sensitive situations, including vehicle theft reports, accident assistance, roadside breakdown support, and law enforcement inquiries. Accurately document customer interactions and case details within company systems. Navigate multiple client programs while adhering to brand-specific processes and requirements. Research and analyze information to determine appropriate next steps and resolutions, coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely support. What's Needed? Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French. +1 year of experience in call center, customer service, dispatcher or any customer orientated environment required Its a plus if you are enthusiastic about cars! Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to remain calm, professional, and effective during high-pressure situations. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work independently with limited supervision and adapt to changing business needs. High School Diploma or GED What's in it for me?
