An established and growing small animal veterinary practice is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee daily operations and support a dedicated team of veterinary professionals.

• Lead and support hospital team members across all departments
  
• Manage day-to-day hospital operations, workflows, and scheduling
  
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop team members
  
• Foster a positive, accountable, and engaging workplace culture
  
• Monitor key performance indicators and support business growth initiatives
  
• Partner with hospital leadership to improve efficiency and client service
  
• Assist with budgeting, inventory management, and operational planning
  
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and industry standards
  

• Previous veterinary practice management experience preferred
  
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  
• Experience coaching and developing high-performing teams
  
• Understanding of veterinary hospital operations and workflow management
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
