The organization is focused on operational excellence, leadership development, and delivering high-quality resident care throughout its growing portfolio.We are seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to oversee daily facility operations, regulatory compliance, staff leadership, and overall operational performance. Strong candidates will lead interdisciplinary teams, support quality resident care, and help maintain efficient and compliant facility operations within a fast-paced healthcare environment.The ideal candidate is a strong operational leader who can balance clinical collaboration, team management, resident satisfaction, and financial oversight while fostering a positive and accountable workplace culture.Location: Olean, NY Work Setting: Onsite Employment Type: Full-Time Salary Range: $105,000 – $140,000 USD/Annually Benefits: Healthcare Benefits, PTO, Vacation Package, 401(k), etc.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day operations of the facilityLead department heads and interdisciplinary teamsEnsure compliance with all state and federal healthcare regulationsMaintain survey readiness and operational standardsSupport census growth and resident satisfaction initiativesManage staffing, budgets, and operational performance metricsFoster a positive workplace culture focused on accountability and teamworkPartner closely with regional leadership and clinical teamsMonitor facility performance and implement operational improvements when necessarySupport recruitment, retention, and development of facility staffEnsure high standards of resident care, safety, and customer service are consistently maintainedQualificationsActive Nursing Home Administrator license within the applicable statePrevious leadership experience within skilled nursing or long-term care settingsStrong operational, financial, and regulatory knowledgeExperience managing staff, budgets, and facility performanceExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsAbility to thrive within fast-paced operational environmentsStrong understanding of healthcare compliance, surveys, and quality standardsAbility to lead teams with professionalism, accountability, and strong organizational skillsThe published salary range is used as a guide to provide prospective candidates with a level of compensation that is competitive with today's market.
