Medical Education Coordinator

Supporting medical education activities, the full-time Medical Education Coordinator will manage administrative leadership for Undergraduate and Graduate Medical Education programs within the Department of Anesthesiology, ensuring compliance with accreditation requirements and enhancing the educational experience for learners and faculty in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Tracks program progress and ensures compliance with accreditation standards while providing support for medical education training issues Coordinates schedules and updates program materials to meet educational and accreditation requirements Assists in recruitment and selection processes, and communicates with external agencies to maintain compliance with accreditation standards Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Education, Health Care Administration, or a related field Typically requires 3 years of experience in program coordination and administrative support within a healthcare or educational environment Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance processes related to medical education Proficient in computer applications and physician scheduling software Ability to establish effective working relationships with a diverse population of students, faculty, and external stakeholders
