Contract Paralegal

Supporting the Business Affairs team, the remote Contract Paralegal will draft, review, and manage various agreements while ensuring compliance and tracking contract lifecycles in a contract role with potential for extension. Key Responsibilities: Draft, redline, and review a variety of contracts including Master Services Agreements and NDAs Track contracts throughout their lifecycle from drafting to execution and expiration Maintain and update contract logs, templates, and assist with corporate governance tasks as needed Required Qualifications: 5-8 years of relevant paralegal experience, preferably in entertainment, media, or live events Strong understanding of contract language and the ability to draft and review independently Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Word, Excel, and DocuSign Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal oversight Client-service mindset and professional demeanor when collaborating with teams and external partners
