Job Description We are seeking an experienced Paralegal with a strong background working in a law firm environment to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will have several years of paralegal experience and be capable of managing a variety of legal tasks efficiently and independently. Location Oak Lawn, IL Responsibilities Provide comprehensive paralegal support directly to the CEO. Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, correspondence, and reports. Assist in contract review, drafting, and management. Coordinate with external counsel and other legal professionals as needed. Organize and maintain legal files and records. Manage deadlines and ensure timely completion of legal tasks. Support corporate governance and compliance activities. Qualifications Several years of paralegal experience in a law firm setting. Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficiency with legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite. High level of discretion and confidentiality. #J-18808-Ljbffr
