Quality Control (QC) Technician

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Technician to join our team. What You’ll Do Perform quality control testing on aggregates and ready-mix concrete to ensure compliance with specifications and industry standards. Accurately interpret, document, and communicate test results. Identify and report variances. Assist in evaluating current and future sources of raw materials. Maintain organized, accurate records of all test data and results. Safely handle, transport, and maintain testing equipment and samples. Support continuous improvement initiatives and perform additional duties as assigned. What We’re Looking For Strong verbal, written, and math skills with excellent attention to detail. Physical capability to lift and transport test equipment and samples. Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions. High level of honesty, integrity, and reliability. Problem-solving mindset with analytical skills to identify issues and propose solutions. Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and collaboration. Valid Washington State driver’s license with an insurable driving record. ACI & ASTM certification and prior experience as a QC Technician in the concrete or aggregate industry.
