Education Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, including ASCP or AMT certification preparation.

Certification Needs

• Achieve ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hiring.
• Maintain active certification status throughout your employment duration.
