Join Allied Universal at a professional financial institution location as a Front Desk Officer, where you will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor activity from a stationary post, and provide clear communication and customer service. In this visible role, you will help support a secure environment through professionalism and integrity while working with a team that values being agile, reliable, innovative, and people first. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $22.08 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Fri 11:00 PM - 11:00 AM Sat 11:00 PM - 11:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor lobby and reception areas at a stationary post, help to deter unauthorized access, and verify visitor credentials, appointments, and/or delivery information in accordance with location guidelines. Receive and direct guests, vendors, and employees in a professional manner while maintaining accurate visitor logs, access records, and other front desk documentation. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed. Support a professional atmosphere within a financial services location by observing entry activity, reporting security‑related concerns, and following confidentiality and information‑handling procedures. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
