The primary role of the BOA is to provide administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of multiple financial advisors. We are proud to serve over nine million clients. Role Summary As a Branch Office Administrator, you'll be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients. You'll play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience. ( Compensation Minimum $26.10 per hour Maximum $28.26 per hour Opportunities for merit‑based salary increases and discretionary bonuses based on branch and firm profitability and individual performance Skills and Requirements Analytical Thinking Attention to Detail Adaptability Conversational Skills Digital Tool Utilization Team Collaboration Client Service: Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships. Account Management: Learn and understand the financial services industry. Handle account opening, transfers, and other requests. Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate records. Administrative & Operational Support: Work independently at the direction of the financial advisor. Handle scheduling, prepare materials, manage correspondence, support marketing initiatives, streamline processes, update SOPs, and execute on the branch business plan. Technology: Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided software.
