And Vernon CA. (1 Position will have a primary focus on NWS products.)Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.Receive calls from job sites and gather necessary information to validate claims. Determine the cause and the most efficient/cost effective solutions.Review internal documents to investigate, record, and report all service and product performance issues.Identify trending quality issues and recommend solutions.May make occasional trips to jobsites for trouble shooting and extensive claim investigations.Participate in and help lead department or division quality meetings.The Monroe location will also service our Houston site as well.Minimum Qualifications:3 years' experience in rack manufacturing environment or construction related equivalentHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.Background in blueprint reading and interpretation.Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook) / computer skillsProficiency with Microsoft D365Excellent organizational skillsAmerican Welding Society CWI Certification or ability to obtain within 12 monthsPreferred Qualifications:Participation in division safety teams / effortsFamiliarity & experience with resolving SMR'sGood communication, ability to accurately track site issues & create reportsKnowledge of ISO 9001 and city and county license requirements documentsBilingual (English/Spanish)Nucor is an Equal Opportunity Employer and a drug-free workplace
