Senior Manager, Creative

• Contribute to the ideation, art direction, and execution of seasonal Home initiatives from concept through final delivery
• Create aspirational visual storytelling across photography, video, site, social, retail, CRM, and experiential
• Partner with creative, production, and cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, customer-centric work and consistent brand expression
• Bring fresh inspiration from home, lifestyle, retail, cultural trends, and emerging creative technologies, including AI-enabled tools
• Contribute to a collaborative creative culture through thoughtful feedback, shared ideas, and high creative standards
• Help drive creative excellence from concept through execution and elevate the overall quality of the team’s work

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Creative Writing, Advertising, Fine Arts, or related field and 3 years’ experience in editorial content management or related field OR 5 years’ experience in editorial content management or related field Portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, integrated campaign experience, and visual storytelling across multiple channels Passion for home, interiors, and lifestyle Experience art directing photography and video productions from concept through post-production Strong collaboration, communication, presentation, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Google Slides, Microsoft Office, Slack, and other collaboration tools Curiosity and comfort exploring AI-powered creative tools Digital Content Management, Editorial, Retail Management, Supervising Associates, WE-Working for or withCreative Agencies Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in visual storytelling and art direction, with a strong background in managing editorial content across various channels.
