About the Role:
Services For Fire & Police is looking for a driven and passionate Sales professional to join our team in Long Beach, CA! This is an exciting opportunity for career advancement with real growth opportunities
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop new client relationships
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Manage and build a pipeline of leads and follow up consistently to close deals
- Build long-term relationships with clients to drive retention and referrals
- Cooperate and collaborate with management to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity in CRM software
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Strong communication, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic computer applications
