Candidates must be committed to maintaining dignity, independence, flexibility and safety for all clients while adhering to strict confidentiality and healthcare standards./ppDuties:/pulliAssist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support./liliMonitor patients vital signs and observe changes in health status, reporting findings accurately to healthcare professionals./liliPrepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences, ensuring proper food safety practices./liliMedication reminders, following prescribed schedules and document medication adherence in compliance with HIPAA regulations./liliOperate medical equipment such as Hoyer lifts or other assistive devices to ensure safe patient transfers and mobility./liliMaintain a clean, safe, and organized environment by performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry./liliProvide companionship and emotional support to foster social engagement and mental well-being./liliFollow care plans meticulously while respecting the residents preferences, routines, and cultural considerations./liliDocument patient observations accurately, including changes in condition or behavior related to dementia, Alzheimers, or other cognitive impairments./liliSupport hospice or palliative care needs by offering compassionate presence and symptom management when appropriate./li/ulpRequirements:/pulliMust have 12 years of caregiving experience/liliMust drive own car/liliValid Drivers License/liliSocial Security Card/liliCurrent negative TB test or chest X-ray/liliMust meet all California state requirements for Home Care Aides/liliAbility to pass a background check/liliAuthorized to work in the United States/liliMust be able to transport and run errands for clients/liliDependable, reliable and flexible/li/ul/div
