Sales Development Representative (SDR) — AvaHR Location: Chandler, AZ — In Person Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday AvaHR is a growing hiring software company helping small and mid-sized businesses attract better candidates, simplify recruiting, and hire great people faster. We're looking for an energetic, motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Chandler, Arizona. You'll be one of the first people prospective customers interact with at AvaHR. You'll talk with business owners, managers, and HR leaders who are looking for a better way to hire, learn about their challenges, and help them determine whether AvaHR is the right solution. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves talking to people, enjoys being part of a team, is motivated by goals, and wants to build a career in B2B software sales. What You'll Do Connect with inbound leads and prospective customers interested in improving their hiring process Have meaningful conversations with small business owners, managers, and HR professionals Ask great questions to understand each prospect's hiring needs, challenges, and goals Qualify opportunities and help prospects take the next step in the sales process Learn how to confidently present and demonstrate the AvaHR platform Follow up consistently with prospects through phone, email, and text Maintain an organized pipeline and accurate activity within our CRM Build trust with prospects by being helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable Consistently work toward individual and team sales goals Collaborate closely with the sales team and contribute to a positive, high-performing office environment Continuously improve through coaching, training, role-playing, and feedback As you develop in the role, you'll have opportunities to take on more responsibility throughout the sales process, including running product demos and closing new business. What We're Looking For Sales experience is valuable, but we're equally interested in finding the right person .
