Production Scheduler

Insight Global is seeking a Production Scheduler / Purchasing professional responsible for planning production schedules, forecasting material requirements, and procuring raw materials, chemicals, and production supplies to support efficient and uninterrupted manufacturing operations. This individual will play a key role in ensuring production goals are met by maintaining appropriate inventory levels, preventing material shortages, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of critical materials. Required Skills and Experience: Minimum 1 year of production planning, scheduling, purchasing, or inventory management experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience with material forecasting, inventory control, and supplier relationship management. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUPs, dashboards, and data analysis. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and suppliers. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Continuous improvement mindset with a passion for streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and driving operational excellence. Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Lean Manufacturing, and/or Six Sigma methodologies is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
