No need to wait until payday!Rewards Program based on Years of Service and PLC Employee of the Year AwardThe impact you'll make:Makes connections with and ensures the best care and medical assistance to our residentsAccurately prepares and administers medications in compliance with all related policies and procedures and regulations.Stays familiar with residents' medical record and medication administration recordDocuments vital signs, medication administration, resident behaviors associated with medication administration, medication incident and accident reports, and facility incident and accident reports.Prepares verbal and written reports related to successful or unsuccessful medication administrationReports any issues or problems that may arise to direct supervisorPromote and exemplifies the Priority Life Care mission and values at all timesQualifications:CPR and First Aid CertificationMedication dispersement certification for the given state required, 1+ years experience (insulin certification a plus!)Prior experience in long-term care, home health or related service industriesWeekend and holiday availability required$25 / hour#PLC1
