The Part-Time Social Administrative Assistant will provide crucial support to a single manager, handling customer support duties and performing general administrative tasks while socializing with 18-29 year old customers. This role requires effective use of standard office software and offers flexible scheduling with minimal travel, ideal for someone entering administrative support and comfortable with social networking in person.

 

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support and respond to inquiries efficiently
• Assist a single manager with daily administrative tasks
• Utilize standard office software to manage documentation and communications
• Support scheduling and appointment coordination with flexible hours
• Engage in in-person social networking as part of the role

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in administrative support
• College degree
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and socializing skills
• Customer service experience
