Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Buscamos un(a) Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) para brindar servicios remotos de Anlisis Aplicado de la Conducta (ABA) a nios y sus familias en mltiples estados. En este puesto, realizars evaluaciones, desarrollars y supervisars planes de tratamiento individualizados, brindars supervisin clnica a tcnicos en conducta y colaborars con los cuidadores para promover un progreso significativo y medible.

Responsabilidades

Realizar evaluaciones conductuales y desarrollar planes de tratamiento ABA individualizados.
Proporcionar supervisin clnica y orientacin a los tcnicos en conducta encargados de implementar los programas.
Monitorear el progreso de los clientes y ajustar los planes de tratamiento segn sea necesario.
Colaborar con los cuidadores y equipos multidisciplinarios para apoyar los objetivos del tratamiento.
Mantener una documentacin precisa y garantizar que los servicios se brinden de acuerdo con los estndares ticos y clnicos.

Requisitos

Certificacin activa como BCBA en regla.
Maestra en Anlisis de la Conducta, Psicologa, Educacin o un campo relacionado.
Se prefiere experiencia brindando servicios ABA a personas con autismo o discapacidades del desarrollo.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicacin y organizacin.
