Quick Facts: Location: Dayton Children's Hospital, Dayton, OH Start Date: 04/28/2026 End Date: 11/16/2026 Shift: Monday – Friday, 07:00 AM – 03:30 PM Hours/Week: 35 hours/week Employment Type: Locum Licenses/Certifications: Active Medical License in Ohio, DEA, BLS, PALS, ACLS Experience: Prior pediatric anesthesiology experience preferred Pay & Benefits: Competitive hourly pay rate (disclosed upon application) Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time, travel reimbursements (mileage, rental car, hotel, flight) A supportive team dedicated to your success 24/7 What You’ll Do: Provide anesthesia care for 50-60 surgical cases daily in a Level 1 Trauma Center Supervise CRNAs in a care team model Manage anesthesia for patients ranging from neonatal to adult Collaborate with a collegial team of surgeons, nurses, techs, and providers Ensure patient safety and quality of care during anesthesia procedures Follow hospital protocols and guidelines for anesthesia administration Contribute to a fast-paced, high-volume surgical environment What You Need: Required: Valid Ohio Medical License and DEA Board Certified or Eligible in Anesthesiology Active certifications: BLS, PALS, ACLS Experience in pediatric anesthesia Preferred: Prior experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center Exposure to supervising CRNAs Strong team collaboration skills About the Assignment: Join Dayton Children's Hospital, a leading facility in Dayton, Ohio, as a locum anesthesiologist.
