Insurance Sales Agent

Job Description We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Insurance Sales Agent to help individuals and businesses identify insurance solutions that meet their needs. Agent must be willing to generate new business through leads, referrals, networking, prospecting, and community involvement. Compensation made include base salary plus commission. Agent will meet with prospective clients to understand their needs, prepare and present insurance quotes, explain coverage, and maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for additional coverage. Requirements Active Property & Casualty Insurance license preferred. Must be willing to obtain insurance license and keep up with continuing education requirements. Must have self motivated with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
