Location: Calabasas, CA (Onsite – Monday to Friday)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 + Benefits + Growth Opportunity

Role Overview
DynaChrg is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful People Operations, Recruiting & Office Manager to support our growing team. This role combines People Operations (HR), Recruiting, Office Management, and Executive Support responsibilities, working closely with leadership across departments.

Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. 
0–2 years of administrative or customer service experience. 
Ideal for candidates beginning their professional careers. 

This person will serve as the primary in-office operations lead and a key support partner to the CEO and EVP, helping manage day-to-day business operations, executive scheduling, travel coordination, office management, recruiting support, and employee administration. 

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment , enjoys wearing multiple hats, takes initiative without waiting for instructions, and takes ownership of building structure and processes where they may not yet exist.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is ambitious, eager to learn, and excited to grow professionally. You will gain hands-on experience across People Operations, recruiting, office management, executive support, and business operations while working directly with company leadership. This position offers exposure to multiple areas of a rapidly growing technology company and provides a unique opportunity to accelerate your professional development. This is not a highly structured corporate HR role. Success in this position requires independence, strong judgment, resourcefulness, and the ability to proactively solve problems. 


Work Environment

●     This is a fully on-site role based in our Calabasas office

●      Remote work is not available

●     Schedule: Monday through Friday, standard business hours


Key Responsibilities

People Operations & Recruiting

  • Support onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and HR administration 
  • Coordinate recruiting activities, including sourcing, scheduling, candidate communication, and interview coordination 
  • Assist with resume reviews and candidate screening 
  • Manage recruiting pipelines and hiring workflows 
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and new hire setup 
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and company culture activities 

Office Operations

  • Serve as the primary in-office operations lead 
  • Manage office supplies, vendors, facilities, deliveries, and workplace needs 
  • Coordinate team lunches, meetings, company events, and visitor management 
  • Maintain a professional and organized office environment 

Executive Support

  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination for the CEO and EVP 
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and business itineraries 
  • Assist with presentations, reports, and administrative priorities 
  • Help track follow-up items and executive action items 

Administrative & Financial Coordination

  • Assist with invoice tracking, expense reporting, and vendor communication 
  • Maintain organized administrative records and documentation 
  • Support leadership with reporting and general business coordination


Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, office management, or administrative operations 
  • Experience supporting recruiting and talent acquisition activities 
  • Experience with ADP, Paychex, or similar HR/payroll systems 
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills 
  • High attention to detail and discretion with confidential information 
  • Experience using modern productivity and AI tools is highly desirable 
  • Startup or fast-growing company experience is a plus
