Human Resources Generalist

We’re seeking a mid‑level HR Generalist to support leaders and employees across multiple teams. This role focuses on employee relations, coaching managers, supporting HR programs, and strengthening overall people operations. Key Responsibilities Provide day‑to‑day HR guidance to managers on performance, employee relations, and compliance. Build strong partnerships with leaders to support business goals. Support investigations, corrective actions, and policy interpretation. Assist with talent development, training needs, and employee engagement initiatives. Contribute to HR projects, reporting, and process improvements. Qualifications 4–5 years of progressive HR experience (HRBP or generalist). Strong employee relations and coaching skills. Solid understanding of employment law and HR practices. Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and relationship‑building skills.
